Veg Biryani Kebab is a flavorful vegetarian appetizer inspired by biryani spices. Ingredients
  

  • Veg Biryani – 2 cups
  • Boiled & mashed potato – 1 cup
  • Cheese grated – ½ cup
  • Green chilli chopped – 1no
  • Coriander chopped – 2tbsp
  • Salt – To taste
  • Breadcrumbs (dried) – for coating
  • Oil – to fry
  • All-purpose Flour (Maida) – ¼ cup
  • Water – a dash

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add vegetable biryani, mashed potato, grated cheese, coriander and green chilli. Mix this in a bowl till mashed. The mixture is ready. Take out small amount of mixture in hands and give round shape.
  • Now to make a thick batter take Maida in a bowl, add water, salt and mix to make thick batter. In a plate, take breadcrumbs. Mix the kebab in the batter and then in the bread crumb. Take some oil in a pan and heat. Add the kebabs to the pan and fry. Keep stirring till evenly brown on all sides. Take out the kebabs and plate.
