
Rajasthani Junglee Maas
A traditional Rajasthani mutton curry made with minimal spices, primarily red chilies, garlic, and ghee. This rustic dish is known for its bold, fiery flavors and rich aroma, showcasing the essence of authentic Rajasthani cuisine.
Ingredients
- Desi Ghee – 3/4 cup
- Garlic cloves – 7-8 nos
- Salt – to taste
- Dry red chilli – 5-6nos
- Mutton – 350 gms
- Water – 1 lit
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a deep pan. Add dry red chillies and garlic cloves and sauté for 2 minutes on low heat. Add mutton and bhunno it for 15 minutes.
- Now add salt and water and cover and cook till mutton is tender. Remove and serve with hot breads.
