Pineapple-Infused Vodka
A pineapple-infused vodka is as refreshing as a vodka pineapple cocktail! After straining, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about two weeks. Shake it with ice in a cocktail shaker and then strain it into a chilled martini glass.
Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced
- 1 liter vodka (such as Stolichnaya)
Instructions
- Stack pineapple slices in a circle around the edges of a 2-quart wide-mouth glass jar, leaving the center open. Pour vodka into the jar so pineapple is completely covered. Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for 10 days.
- Remove pineapple and strain vodka through a mesh strainer. Pour back into the jar. Seal and refrigerate for up to two weeks.
