Peas and Cauliflower Shaak Or Gobi Matar Dry
A genuine Indian dish featuring curried cauliflower and peas. Simple to prepare and utterly delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp jeera cumin
- ¼ tsp hing asofoetida
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1½ cup peas
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tbsp dhana jeeru cumin coriander blend
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chilli powder lal mirch found at Indian store
- ½ tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan on medium. Add cumin seeds. Once begins to pop/splutter add hing.
- Add cauliflower and peas
- Add spices
- Mix then cover and cook
- Will be ready in about 15 minutes.
