Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ½ tbsp jeera cumin
  • ¼ tsp hing asofoetida
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1½ cup peas
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tbsp dhana jeeru cumin coriander blend
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder lal mirch found at Indian store
  • ½ tbsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan on medium. Add cumin seeds. Once begins to pop/splutter add hing.
  • Add cauliflower and peas
  • Add spices
  • Mix then cover and cook
  • Will be ready in about 15 minutes.
