Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (10 1/2-ounce) goat-cheese log, crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (about 1/2 lemon)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Pita chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine first 6 ingredients, plus 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper; blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pita chips.
