
Lemon Coriander Noodles Quick Stir-Fried Noodles
Lemon Coriander Noodles are a zesty and refreshing stir-fried dish that combines the bright tang of lemon with the aromatic flavor of fresh coriander. Ingredients
- Instant Noodles (इन्स्टेंट नूडल्स) – 2 pkts/ 140 gms
- Oil (तेल) – 2 tbsp
- Garlic, chopped (लहसुन) – 1 tbsp
- Green chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) – 2 nos
- Tastemaker (टेस्ट मेकर) – 2 pkts
- Lemon (नींबू) – 1 no
- Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) – handful
- Salt (नमक) – a pinch
- Spring onion, chopped (हरा प्याज़) – handful
Instructions
- For yummy Lemon Coriander Noodles, boil water in a pot and drop in the noodles. Cook it well. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and green chilies. Sauté until the garlic turns golden brown and the green chilies are fragrant.
- Sprinkle the tastemaker and stir well. Drop in the boiled noodles, squeeze a lemon into it, and add chopped coriander leaves. Toss it well.Sprinkle some salt and chopped spring onions. Lemon Coriander are ready to be served hot. Enjoy!
