Khichdi Kebab is a unique fusion snack made by transforming traditional khichdi into flavorful kebabs. Blended with spices, herbs, and a binding agent, these kebabs are pan-fried or shallow-fried until golden and crisp on the outside while remaining soft inside. Ingredients
  

  • Khichadi (thick) – 2 cups
  • Green chilly chopped – 1no
  • coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp
  • Potato boiled & mashed – 2 1/2 tbsp
  • Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped – 1/2 tbsp
  • Cheese grated – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • oil – for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except breadcrumbs and oil.
  • Shape it into small bite-size balls or to the size of ping pong balls. Roll each of them in dried breadcrumbs. Lightly pat and roll so that the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Refrigerate them for at least 30mins.
  • Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown. Remove and serve hot.
