Italian Bombardino Cocktail Recipe
Bombardino is a popular Italian alcoholic cocktail traditionally made with egg liqueur, cream, and whiskey (or sometimes rum or brandy). It is considered one of the world's most beloved winter cocktails.
Ingredients
- Egg Liqueur – 160ml
- Whiskey or brown rum – 80ml
- Brandy or barrel aged grappa – 40ml
- Milk – 400ml
- Whipped cream – 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder
- Cane sugar – 8 tbsp
Instructions
- Pour eggnog and other spirits into a glass.
- Heat the milk and pour it into the glass together with the cane sugar.
- Froth or stir well.
- Garnish the punch with whipped cream and cinnamon dust.
