Hawaiian Ahi Poke Bowl Recipe
Poke is a staple of traditional Hawaiian cuisine and can be described as a delightful combination of raw fish and flavorful sauces. Originally made with small reef fish, the dish evolved with the influence of Japanese immigrants, who introduced the use of salmon. Today, tuna is the most commonly used fish in poke.
