Ingredients
  

  • Hot dog sausages – 4
  • Hot dog buns – 4
  • Cabbage (shredded) – 1 cup
  • Carrots (shredded) – 1/2 cup
  • Red onion (thinly sliceD) – 1/4 cup
  • Tomato (diced) – 1
  • Avocado (sliced) – 1
  • Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp
  • Hot sauce – to taste
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for grilling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Grill the hot dog sausages until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, thinly sliced red onion, diced tomato, and sliced avocado. Toss with mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill the hot dog buns until lightly toasted.
  • Place a grilled hot dog sausage in each bun.
  • Top the hot dogs with the prepared cabbage slaw mixture.
  • Serve hot, with additional hot sauce and condiments on the side.
