- Cabbage (shredded) - 1 cup
- Carrots (shredded) - 1/2 cup
- Red onion (thinly sliceD) - 1/4 cup
- Tomato (diced) - 1
- Avocado (sliced) - 1
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Mustard - 2 tbsp
- Hot sauce - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil - for grilling
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Grill the hot dog sausages until cooked through and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, thinly sliced red onion, diced tomato, and sliced avocado. Toss with mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Grill the hot dog buns until lightly toasted.
Place a grilled hot dog sausage in each bun.
