Bolitas de coco is a Costa Rican treat made from a blend of butter, condensed milk, and shredded coconut.

Ingredients
  

  • Grated coconut – 250g
  • Grated coconut (for garnishing) – 100g
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Condensed milk – 1 can

Instructions
 

  • Place a pot over low heat.
  • Add the shredded coconut, butter and condensed milk.
  • Mix until it forms into a ball.
  • Remove from heat, let cool and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Divide into 20 balls.
  • Roll them in grated coconut and serve in liners.
