Colombian Ají
Always include some ají on the table when serving Colombian cuisine. Ají sauce is known for its heat, spice, freshness, and rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 10 jalapeno peppers, seeded
- 1 ½ cups chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Combine jalapeños, green onions, cilantro, water, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt in a blender, process until smooth. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
