  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ chopped frozen banana, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Blend together milk, frozen banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and honey in a blender until smooth.

Notes

You can substitute unsweetened almond milk for milk if desired.
You can replace the banana with 1/2 of an avocado if desired.
