Ingredients
  

  • For Bhatti masala- Anar dana powder – 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger paste – 2 tsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Hung yogurt – 2 table spn
  • Olives pitted – 8 nos
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp

For marinating the chicken: – Chicken strips – 8 nos

  • Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Lemon – 1/2 no
  • oil – 2 table spn
  • Wooden skewers – 8

Instructions
 

  • Make the Bhatti masala by mixing all the spices.
  • Separately marinate the chicken with salt, lemon, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 5mins. Whisk the yogurt with a spoon and add the Bhatti masala to it. Mix well and marinate the chicken with the masala.
  • Place an olive on one end of the chicken and roll to make a roulade. Towards the end prick a wooden skewer to hold it.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 mins. Serve hot.
