- For Bhatti masala- Anar dana powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger paste – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Hung yogurt – 2 table spn
- Olives pitted – 8 nos
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
For marinating the chicken: - Chicken strips – 8 nos
- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Lemon – 1/2 no
- oil – 2 table spn
- Wooden skewers – 8
Make the Bhatti masala by mixing all the spices.
Separately marinate the chicken with salt, lemon, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 5mins. Whisk the yogurt with a spoon and add the Bhatti masala to it. Mix well and marinate the chicken with the masala.
Place an olive on one end of the chicken and roll to make a roulade. Towards the end prick a wooden skewer to hold it.
Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken for 2-3 mins. Serve hot.
