Ingredients
- Oil (तेल) – 3 tbsp
- Dry Red Chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) – 2 nos
- Garlic, chopped (लहसुन) – 2 tbsp
- Onion, chopped (प्याज़) – ¼ cup
- Capsicum, chopped (शिमला मिर्च) – ¼ cup
- Carrots, chopped (गाजर) – ¼ cup
- Broccoli, florets (ब्रोकली) – ¼ cup
- Mushroom, halved (मशरुम) – 5 nos
- Beans, finely sliced (बींस) – ¼ cup
- Rice, boiled (चावल) – 3 cups
- Salt (नमक) – To Taste
- Black Pepper, crushed (काली मिर्च) – a pinch
- Green Chilli Sauce (हरि मिर्च सॉस) – 1 tbsp
- Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) – 1½ tbsp
- Spring Onions, chopped (हरा प्याज) – handful
Instructions
- For Burnt garlic fried rice, heat some oil in a wok. Drop in dried red chillies and chopped garlic. Cook them on low heat till it’s almost burnt. Add some onions, capsicums, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and beans then cook them for 2 minutes on high heat.
- Drop in rice, salt, black pepper, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and spring onions and toss them well. Serve it hot and enjoy!
