Ingredients
  

  • Oil (तेल) – 3 tbsp
  • Dry Red Chilli (सुखी लाल मिर्च) – 2 nos
  • Garlic, chopped (लहसुन) – 2 tbsp
  • Onion, chopped (प्याज़) – ¼ cup
  • Capsicum, chopped (शिमला मिर्च) – ¼ cup  
  • Carrots, chopped (गाजर) – ¼ cup
  • Broccoli, florets (ब्रोकली) – ¼ cup  
  • Mushroom, halved (मशरुम) – 5 nos
  • Beans, finely sliced (बींस) – ¼ cup 
  • Rice, boiled (चावल) – 3 cups
  • Salt (नमक) – To Taste
  • Black Pepper, crushed (काली मिर्च) – a pinch 
  • Green Chilli Sauce (हरि मिर्च सॉस) – 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) – 1½ tbsp
  • Spring Onions, chopped (हरा प्याज) – handful

Instructions
 

  • For Burnt garlic fried rice, heat some oil in a wok. Drop in dried red chillies and chopped garlic. Cook them on low heat till it’s almost burnt. Add some onions, capsicums, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, and beans then cook them for 2 minutes on high heat.
  • Drop in rice, salt, black pepper, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and spring onions and toss them well. Serve it hot and enjoy!
