Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Grated coconut
  • 1 no Avocado
  • to taste Salt
  • a small piece Ginger slices
  • 1 no green chilli chopped
  • few sprigs Mint leaves
  • few sprigs Coriander Leaves
  • 3/4 cups Water

Tempering

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 nos Dry red chilies
  • 2 tsp Urad Dal
  • 2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • handful Curry Leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a mixer grinder jar, add coconut, avocado, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and water then grind it into a fine paste and pour it into a bowl.
  • For tempering, in a hot pan, add oil, urad dal, mustard seeds, red chilies, and curry leaves, and add the tempering to the ground paste.
  • Mix it well and the avocado coconut chutney is ready to be served and enjoyed.
