- 1 cup Grated coconut
- 1 no Avocado
- to taste Salt
- a small piece Ginger slices
- 1 no green chilli chopped
- few sprigs Mint leaves
- few sprigs Coriander Leaves
- 3/4 cups Water
Tempering
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 nos Dry red chilies
- 2 tsp Urad Dal
- 2 tsp Mustard seeds
- handful Curry Leaves
In a mixer grinder jar, add coconut, avocado, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and water then grind it into a fine paste and pour it into a bowl.
For tempering, in a hot pan, add oil, urad dal, mustard seeds, red chilies, and curry leaves, and add the tempering to the ground paste.
Mix it well and the avocado coconut chutney is ready to be served and enjoyed.
