Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 8 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup finely grated aged Gouda
  • 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot, pop corn kernels in 4 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  • Transfer popcorn to a large bowl; drizzle with 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, then toss with Gouda, paprika, and salt.
