Ingredients
  

Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • Water (पानी) – ⅓ cup
  • Vinegar (सिरका) – ⅓ cup
  • Sugar (चीनी) – ⅓ cup
  • Chilli Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स) – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, Chopped (लहसुन) – 1 tbsp
  • Salt (नमक) – ¼ tsp
  • Corn Starch (कॉर्नस्टार्च) – 1 tbsp
  • Water (पानी) – 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, vinegar, sugar, chili flakes, chopped garlic, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer, then mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water and add to the sauce. Cook until thickened. Cool and enjoy your homemade sweet chili sauce!
