Chocolate Brownie Recipe
With a soft, slightly gooey texture, this chocolatey delight nearly melts in your mouth. It’s best enjoyed with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
Ingredients
- 100 gm butter
- 200 gm sugar
- 6 Tbsp cocoa
- 100 ml milk
- 150 gm flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
- 50 gm chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk together.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix.
- Bake in a square baking tin at 180 degree C for 25 minutes.
- Cool and cut into squares.
