Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Step aside, pumpkin spice latte! This seasonal twist on a classic White Russian pairs perfectly with a stack of crispy gingersnaps. Who’s up for a grown-up version of milk and cookies?
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. turbinado sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice plus a pinch
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. Kahlúa
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Splash of heavy cream
Instructions
- In shallow bowl, mix sugar and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Put honey in second shallow bowl. Dip rim of rocks glass into honey, then gently twist in spiced sugar to create sugared rim.
- In rimmed glass, mix vodka, Kahlúa and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Add ice cubes, top with heavy cream and stir.
