Pumpkin Spice White Russian
Step aside, pumpkin spice latte! This seasonal twist on a classic White Russian pairs perfectly with a stack of crispy gingersnaps. Who’s up for a grown-up version of milk and cookies?

- 1/4 c. turbinado sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice plus a pinch
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. Kahlúa
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Splash of heavy cream
In shallow bowl, mix sugar and 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice. Put honey in second shallow bowl. Dip rim of rocks glass into honey, then gently twist in spiced sugar to create sugared rim.
In rimmed glass, mix vodka, Kahlúa and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice. Add ice cubes, top with heavy cream and stir.
