Ingredients
  

  • Potatoes – 1 lb
  • Egg – 1
  • All-purpose flour – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Marjoram – 2 tsp
  • Salt and black pepper – to taste
  • Oil – for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grate the peeled potatoes coarsely.
  • Mix them with the egg, flour and sour cream.
  • Add crushed garlic cloves, marjoram, salt and pepper.
  • Mix to form a semi-thick dough.
  • Fry pancakes in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Once removed from the pan, transfer them to paper towels to drain off the excess oil.
