Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Sushi rice (cooked)
  • Nori sheets – 8
  • Sashimi-grade tuna (sliced) – 7 oz
  • Sashimi-grade salmon (sliced) – 7 oz
  • Cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined) – 7 oz
  • Avocado (sliced) – 1
  • Cucumber (julienned) – 1
  • Carrot (julienned) – 1
  • Radish sprouts – 1 cup
  • Soy sauce – for dipping
  • Wasabi – for dipping
  • Pickled ginger – for serving

Instructions
 

  • Place a nori sheet on a clean, dry surface.
  • Spoon a small amount of sushi rice onto the nori sheet, spreading it evenly over one-third of the sheet.
  • Arrange your desired fillings diagonally across the rice.
  • Starting from the bottom corner, tightly roll the nori sheet into a cone shape, enclosing the fillings.
  • Seal the edge of the nori with a dab of water to secure the temaki.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and fillings.
  • Serve the temaki immediately with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.
