Place a nori sheet on a clean, dry surface.
Spoon a small amount of sushi rice onto the nori sheet, spreading it evenly over one-third of the sheet.
Arrange your desired fillings diagonally across the rice.
Starting from the bottom corner, tightly roll the nori sheet into a cone shape, enclosing the fillings.
Seal the edge of the nori with a dab of water to secure the temaki.
Repeat the process with the remaining nori sheets and fillings.
Serve the temaki immediately with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.
