  • 4 Pebetes (soft rolls)
  • 8 Cooked ham slices
  • 8 Cheese slices (such as provolone or mozzarella)

  • Salt and pepper – to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the pebetes rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on each side.
  • Layer ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato on the bottom half of each roll.
