Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest, loosely packed from two limes
  • 4 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon honey

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a jar, put the lid on, and give it a good shake.
