Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Bacon-infused Brussels sprouts undergo a delightful roasting process in a blend of maple syrup and olive oil, creating a quick and effortless side dish ideal for weeknight dinners. This results in a crispy and caramelized texture, with the Brussels sprouts developing a nutty flavor. The sweet notes of maple syrup perfectly contrast with the savory bacon, making this a surprisingly delicious twist on the classic Brussels sprouts and bacon combination.
