I relish the subtle sweetness of the banana, but if you prefer a sweeter taste, you can incorporate sugar. Additionally, I've experimented with various flavors such as ginger, cinnamon, apple, and an array of other ingredients. For raw vegans, raw almond milk can be used as a substitute for soy. Ingredients
- 1 cup plain soy milk
- ¾ cup packed fresh spinach leaves
- 1 large banana, sliced
Instructions
- Blend soy milk and spinach together in a blender until smooth. Add banana and pulse until thoroughly blended.
Notes
You can substitute vanilla soy milk for the plain soy milk, if desired.
