Ginger-Turmeric Herbal Tea
Food Wiki
This ginger turmeric tea serves as a flavorful substitute for supplements, especially if incorporating anti-inflammatory spices into your diet is a challenge. I understand that this tea is well-liked in Okinawa, Japan, and turmeric is similarly valued for its medicinal properties in India. Keep in mind that turmeric can leave stains; therefore, I prepare this tea in a vintage mason jar, wrapped in an aged tea towel!
