  • 5 red potatoes
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons cider vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
