  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
  • 5 ounces baby kale, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • ½ red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, or more to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
