Ingredients
  

  • Papaya diced – 1cup
  • Basil leaves – a sprig
  • Tang Orange – 4tbsp
  • Cashew nuts (soaked) – ½ cup
  • Ginger grated – ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder (optional) – a pinch
  • Tang Orange – 4tbsp
  • Water – 2 ½ cups
  • Salt – for garnish
  • Lemon wedge – for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender mix together tang orange, papaya, lemon rind, a sprig of basil leaf, ginger, cashew nuts and a pinch of pepper. Make sure to blend it till the cashews are properly ground.
  • Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge to wet it. Now dunk the rim of the glass in salt and shake off the excess. Pour the drink into the glass, garnish with a basil leaf and serve.
