
Spicy Roasted Cashews

- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Butter
- Salt
- Curry leaves

- Preheat oven to 180 degree, 10 minutes before baking. Combine all the ingredients together with your hands. Place them in a baking sheet. Make sure they are spread out.
