Spiced Rum Recipe
This blend is crafted with spices like cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, cloves, freshly ground nutmeg, and orange peel. It's the perfect festive drink to enjoy during Christmas!
Ingredients
- 750 ml Dark Rum
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cardamom
- 1 Star Anise
- 1/2 Cinnamon Stick
- A pinch of Freshly Ground Nutmeg
- 1 strip Orange Peel
Instructions
- Transfer the rum in an air-tight jar. Twist a strip of orange peel and add to the bottle.
- Close the cap and shake well. Leave it in a dark place for two-three days.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve. Transfer the spiced rum to a bottle and seal it well. Store in a dark, dry place.
