Spaghetti with Tomato Olives and Parmesan

Ingredients
  

  • Spaghetti – a handful
  • Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Olive sliced – 2 tbsp
  • White wine -1/4 cup
  • Pepper powder – to taste
  • Parsley chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes -1/2 tsp
  • Cherry tomato halved – 10 nos
  • Salt – to taste
  • Parmesan cheese grated – 2 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Boil water and add pasta to it. Boil for 8 mins and remove it. Heat a pan and saute chopped garlic.
    Add tomato and olives and saute for 2 mins. Add white wine and allow the wine to reduce. Add the pasta and toss it gently. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss pasta for 2 mins. Now add the grated cheese and parsley, toss for 2 seconds and remove to a serving plate. Serve hot with crisp bread.
