
Spaghetti with Tomato Olives and Parmesan
A classic Italian pasta dish made with al dente spaghetti tossed in a rich tomato sauce, briny olives, and finished with freshly grated Parmesan. It’s a simple yet flavorful meal, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- Spaghetti – a handful
- Garlic chopped – 1 tbsp
- Olive sliced – 2 tbsp
- White wine -1/4 cup
- Pepper powder – to taste
- Parsley chopped – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
- Chilli flakes -1/2 tsp
- Cherry tomato halved – 10 nos
- Salt – to taste
- Parmesan cheese grated – 2 tbsp
Instructions
- Boil water and add pasta to it. Boil for 8 mins and remove it. Heat a pan and saute chopped garlic.Add tomato and olives and saute for 2 mins. Add white wine and allow the wine to reduce. Add the pasta and toss it gently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss pasta for 2 mins. Now add the grated cheese and parsley, toss for 2 seconds and remove to a serving plate. Serve hot with crisp bread.
