  • 6 cups all-purpose flour, or more as needed
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup milk, or more as needed

Instructions
 

  • Whisk flour, salt, eggs, sour cream, and milk together in a bowl. Add extra flour as needed to make dough less sticky.

Notes

  • Roll out the dough and cut out 3-inch circles. Add a spoonful of your favorite filling to each circle, then pinch the dough edges together to seal. Boil in salted water for 5 to 10 minutes.
