Smoked Salmon Crostini
Smoked Salmon Crostini is a light and elegant appetizer made with crisp toasted bread topped with creamy spreads like cream cheese or herbed ricotta, layered with smoked salmon, and often finished with garnishes such as capers, dill, or thinly sliced red onion. It’s a flavorful bite that balances crunch, creaminess, and savory smokiness—perfect for parties or festive gatherings.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced 1/2" thick on a bias
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
