Ingredients
Smashed Cucumber Salad
- Cucumber, thin (पतले खीरे) – 4 nos
- Tomato, diced (टमाटर) – ½ cup
- Spring onion, chopped (हरा प्याज़) – handful
For Dressing
- Garlic cloves, small (लहसुन) – 3 nos
- Salt (नमक) – to taste
- Roasted sesame (भुना तिल) – 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce (चिल्ली सॉस) – 2 tbsp
- Sugar, powdered (चीनी) – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil (तिल का तेल) – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice (नींबू रस) – 3 tbsp
- Light soya sauce (लाइट सोया सॉस) – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- To make Smashed Cucumber Salad, thinly slice 4 cucumbers, and dice ½ cup of tomatoes. Add them to a bowl with chopped spring onions. For the dressing, crush 3 garlic cloves with salt, then mix with roasted sesame seeds, chili sauce, powdered sugar, sesame oil, lemon juice, and light soy sauce.
- Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss to coat. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy this refreshing and flavorful salad!
