Shiraz Salad
A classic salad enjoyed as a side dish with nearly every Persian meal.
Ingredients
- 2 small cucumbers, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
