This festive plum pudding is made with soaked dried fruits and apples. It’s rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Serve it warm with either brandy sauce or custard sauce for the perfect treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Butter
  • 150 gm Sugar
  • 100 gm Chopped Apple
  • 100 gm Cake Crumbs
  • 60 gm Flour
  • 4 gm Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 60 gm Cream
  • 600 gm-Soaked Dry Fruits
  • 40 gm Caramel Colour

Instructions
 

  • Whisk butter and sugar till gets light and fluffy. Add eggs one by one in the cream mixture that you prepared.
  • Mix baking powder with the flour. Put this flour in soaked dry fruits and mix it. Add this soaked dry fruit and flour mixture with the cream mixture.
  • Mix 60-gram cream with chopped apple. Add the soaked dry fruit mixture in it. Add caramel colour to it.
  • Put this mixture in the pudding mould cover with aluminum foil, put it in a tray with some water and steam at 150 degree C for 35 mins or until it bakes.
  • Once it's baked demould it and serve it hot with either brandy sauce or custard sauce.
