Pisco Sour

Pisco Sour

Pisco, a type of brandy originating from Peru and Chile, carries subtle notes reminiscent of tequila. When mixed into a tangy pisco sour blender drink, the addition of egg white lends a velvety texture, creating a satisfyingly full-bodied beverage. And remember, the dash of bitters is the key secret ingredient not to be overlooked!
