PIMM'S Fizz combines PIMM'S No.1, lemonade, and sparkling wine or champagne. Served over ice with fresh fruit and mint, it’s a light, festive drink ready in 5–10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 150ml PIMM'S No. 1 Cup
- 300ml Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 600ml lemonade
- 1 orange, sliced
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bunch mint
- Ice cubes
