Ingredients
- Hot Dog Sausages – 4

- Pineapple (chopped) – 1 cup

- Cabbage (shredded) – 2 cups
- Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
- White Vinegar – 1 tbsp

- Pepper – to taste
- Potato Chips (crushed) – 1 cup
- Onions (chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes (chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Cheese (shredded or melted, like mozzarella or cheddar) – 1/2 cup
- Ketchup – to taste
- Mustard – to taste
- Mayonnaise – to taste
Instructions
- First, prepare the pineapple sauce by combining the pineapple, sugar, and water in a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until the pineapple is soft and the mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool, then blend until smooth. Set aside.
- To make the coleslaw, mix the shredded cabbage, mayonnaise, white vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Grill or boil the hot dog sausages according to the packet instructions.
- Place each hot dog sausage in a bun.
- Top with a generous amount of pineapple sauce and coleslaw.
- Add chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with crushed potato chips.
- Drizzle ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise over the hot dogs.
- Finally, sprinkle with shredded or melted cheese.
