Ingredients
  

  • Banana – 1no
  • Honey – 1tbsp
  • Peanut Butter (chunky) – 2tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder – a pinch
  • Nutmeg powder – a pinch
  • Dark Chocolate – a small piece
  • Milk – 1½ cups

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana and add it to the blender along with honey peanut butter, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, chocolate and milk.
  • Blend it into a smooth puree.
  • Pour it out into a chilled glass and serve.
