
Peanut Butter Banana Shake
Peanut Butter Banana Shake is a rich and creamy smoothie made by blending ripe bananas, peanut butter, milk (or plant-based alternatives), and optionally honey or dates for sweetness. Ingredients
- Banana – 1no
- Honey – 1tbsp
- Peanut Butter (chunky) – 2tbsp
- Cinnamon powder – a pinch
- Nutmeg powder – a pinch
- Dark Chocolate – a small piece
- Milk – 1½ cups
Instructions
- Peel the banana and add it to the blender along with honey peanut butter, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, chocolate and milk.
- Blend it into a smooth puree.
- Pour it out into a chilled glass and serve.
