
Paratha Quesadilla | Veg Party Snacks
Paratha Quesadilla is a delicious fusion snack combining Indian paratha with a cheesy, spiced vegetable filling, inspired by the classic Mexican quesadilla. Perfect for veg party snacks, it offers a crispy, flavorful bite with a blend of Indian and global flavors.
Ingredients
For Filling
- Green Capsicum diced (शिमला मिर्च) – ⅓ cup
- Red Capsicum diced (लाल शिमला मिर्च) – ⅓ cup
- Yellow Capsicum diced (पीली शिमला मिर्च) – ⅓ cup
- Mushrooms sliced (मशरुम) – ½ cup
- Tomato, diced (टमाटर) – 1 cup
- Corn nib lets (मकई दाना) – ½ cup
- Onion, diced (प्याज़) – 1 cup
- Salt (नमक) – to taste
- Chilli flakes (कुट्टी मिर्च) – 1 tbsp
- Basil leaf (तुलसी पत्ता) – handful
- Oregano, dried (ऑरेगैनो) – 2 tsp
- Tomato Ketchup (केचप) – ½ cup
- Mozzarella cheese, grated (मोज़रेला चीज़) – 2 cups
For Paratha
- Readymade Paratha (होम स्टाइल पराँठा) – 6 nos
- Ghee (घी) – as required
Instructions
- For the filling mix together all the ingredients and keep aside. Heat a tawa and add ghee and place an ID homestyle paratha, cook on only one side and remove it.
- Add another homestyle paratha and once it cooks flip it. Lower the heat and place a generous amount of filling on top. Now place the first paratha with the uncooked side on top. Apply some ghee and flip it. Once cooked and the cheese has melted, remove, cut and serve it hot.
