Panchamrut

Panchamrit Recipe: Explore the detailed photo and video guide for preparing panchamrut, a traditional Ayurvedic blend of ingredients comprising sugar, honey, curd, ghee, and cow's milk. This sacred mixture is commonly crafted for Hindu poojas, especially during the abhisheka of Hindu deity idols, and is presented as prasadam. While it traditionally consists of five ingredients, as "pancha" signifies five in Sanskrit, regional variations may exist beyond these core components.
