
Oats & Honey Cookies
Oats & Honey Cookies are chewy, golden-brown treats made with wholesome rolled oats and naturally sweet honey. These cookies offer a delightful balance of texture and flavor—crisp on the edges and soft in the center. Ingredients
- Saffola Oats (ओट्स) – 1⅓ cup/130 gm
- Saffola Oats (ओट्स) – 1 cup/100 gms
- Butter, melted (मक्खन) – ⅓ cup/90 gms
- Milk (दूध) – ¼ cup/60 ml
- Walnuts, chopped (अखरोट) – ¼ cup
- Baking Powder (बैकिंग पाउडर) – ¾ tsp
- Vanilla essence (वैनिला एसेंस) – 1 tsp
- Pista, chopped (पिस्ता) – ¼ cup
- Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) – ½ tsp
- Nutmeg powder (जायफल पाउडर) – ¼ tsp
- Clove powder (लौंग पाउडर) – ¼ tsp
- Blueberries, dried (सूखी ब्लू बेरी) – ⅓ cup
- Saffola Honey Activ (शहद) – 115 gms/ ⅓ cup
Instructions
- For Oats and Honey cookies, grind some oats to a fine powder and transfer it to a bowl. Now, add whole oats, pour melted butter, milk, walnuts, baking powder, vanilla essence, pistachios, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, clove powder, and dried blueberries, then mix everything up.
- For sweetness, pour honey and mix it well. Line a baking tray and scoop out the dough with an ice scooper. Place it on the baking tray and bake it at 180C for 20 mins.Cool it down and enjoy Oats and Honey cookies.
